December is our busiest month and Fridays go first, so the earlier you send the date the more choice of vehicle you have.

Date, where everyone is starting from, the venue, roughly how many of you, and what time you’d like collecting at the end. That is enough for a written quote.
We quote the whole evening
The price covers the bus or limo, the driver, the run there and the run home. No meter, no surge pricing at 1am, no surprise when the invoice arrives.

The bus you book is yours for the evening. We don’t fit two parties into one vehicle and hope the first finishes early.

Worth knowing before you book a Christmas party bus
December Fridays book up by late October
Every year. If your party is on a Friday or Saturday in December and the date is fixed, book it now. If the date is flexible, a Thursday or an early-December weekend is easier and often cheaper.
Sixteen means sixteen
Our biggest party bus seats sixteen and that is the legal limit, not a target. If the office is twenty-two people, you want two vehicles and we will tell you that up front rather than on the night.
Town centres in December are slow
We plan pick-up times around Christmas traffic and road closures, and your driver knows where the coaches can and cannot stop outside the big venues. Tell us the venue and we will tell you the drop-off point.
Drinks on board
Yes, and there are glasses. Exactly what is included depends on the vehicle and the booking, so ask when you get your quote rather than assuming.
Which one for your party?
8 seater party bus
A small team or a group of friends. Easier on narrow streets and the one to pick if the venue is somewhere a big bus can’t stop.
Mercedes 12 seater party bus
The usual choice for an office of ten to twelve. Lit bar, sound system, room to stand up between stops.
16 seater party bus
The whole department in one vehicle. Our biggest bus and the one that goes first in December.
Or a stretch Hummer
Sixteen seats with rather more theatre. Pink or white, and the one that gets photographed outside the restaurant.

How much does Christmas party bus hire cost?
Hire starts from £295. December Fridays and Saturdays cost more than midweek, and the price depends on the vehicle, the distance and how long you need us. Send your date and postcode and you will get a written quote for the whole evening, not an hourly estimate.
How many people fit on a party bus?
Eight, twelve or sixteen depending on the bus. Stretch limousines seat eight and the Hummers sixteen. For bigger groups we run two vehicles together.
Can you pick us up from the office and take us home afterwards?
Yes. Most Christmas bookings are exactly that: collect from work or a central point, drop at the venue, and return at an agreed time. We can also do drop-only if people are making their own way home.
Do you cover our area?
We are based in Arlesey and cover Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage, St Albans, Northampton, Kettering and Cambridge, plus trips into London. If you are somewhere else nearby, ask and we will tell you straight.
Can we do the Christmas lights on the way?
Yes. If the party is in London, or you fancy making a night of it, we run a five-hour London Christmas lights tour that can start or finish at your venue. It is popular with teams who want the journey to be part of the evening.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
We own a fleet, so the honest answer is that we move you into another vehicle and tell you what has happened. A broker cannot do that, because they do not own anything.
